New Construction

Taziki’s provides prototype plans of recently built locations in different sizes to help any new architect get started, as well as offer a CAD base file. Typical new construction takes 90-110 days to complete.

The Taziki’s development team, including real estate, design, construction, and procurement, is here to help you and your team build a functional and beautiful Taziki’s location on time and on budget. Our thorough process includes a detailed procurement guide, prototype plans of multiple stores, CAD File, video review design calls with founder Keith Richards, multiple site visits for standards review, construction consultation questions, weekly NSO check in calls for at least 16 weeks, all done by a very experienced Taziki’s team.
